hot mamma's and hot tamales

Today is the day after, the day after, the day after Thanksgiving; which means that yesterday was 'Tamale-Saturday'. Now in it's 5th year, it is one of my most treasured, hallowed and cherished holidays on the calendar.

    I cannot eat Mexican food, but whats weird is me and Mom used to eat hot tamales when I was a wee little kid!!
